SHIPPING 

For purchases in Sweden we recommend you to use Klarna, credit card or PayPal as payment method and we ship by DHL (delivery time approximately 1-3 business days). Purchases over 995 SEK are free of shipping.

For international purchases we recommend you to pay by PayPal or credit card and we ship by UPS or DHL (home delivery). Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.

A shipping fee of 300 SEK will apply (except if you live in United States, Canada or Australia, then the shipping fee will be 500 SEK). Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Please note that delivery time might be a bit longer during holiday season.

RETURNS
- You can cancel your order before the order ships.

– You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. (It starts from delivery of the last item on the order.)

– If you live in Sweden: please use the waybill that you received in the package

– If you do not live in Sweden: please email shop@idasjostedt.com and we'll get back to you with a waybill/more info in short

– Return fee within Sweden is 99 SEK (the amount will be deducted when the refund is being made)

– Return fee within rest of the world is 300 SEK. In USA, Canada and Australia the return fee is 500 SEK (the amount will be deducted when the refund is being made)

Please also note that the product(s) must be returned as received; in new condition with tags, labels and plastic bag intact.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to shop@idasjostedt.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
